Projectors & Motorized Screens (Up to 120″)
For most major cities and metropolitan areas, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Motorized Screens Over 120″
Screens larger than 120″ are not stocked locally and are shipped via sea freight from our global warehouse network.
Estimated delivery time: approximately 4-6 weeks from order confirmation.
This timeframe is an estimate only and does not include public holidays, customs clearance processing, or any other delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to customs inspections, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, strikes, or force-majeure events such as conflicts or government actions.

Projection Screen Warranty
2-Year Warranty for all motorised projection screens and fixed-frame screens.
(This warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by misuse, human error, improper installation, or accidents.)5-Year Warranty on Motors for motorised projection screens.
(A replacement motor will be provided within the warranty period if required.)
Projector Warranty
Projectors are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the region.
In general:
Ultra Short Throw (UST) projectors typically include a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Or 2-year manufacturer warranty specified by the brand.
Compact and lifestyle projectors generally include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

Luxe Vision JapanでHisense PX3 Proを購入しました。注文してから到着まで約6日ほどで、思っていたよりもスムーズに届きました。梱包もしっかりしていて、安心して受け取ることができました。実際に使ってみると、映像の美しさにとても驚きました。色が鮮やかで、明るさも十分あり、細かい部分までとても綺麗に映ります。映画やスポーツを見ると、本当に自宅がホームシアターになったような迫力があります。また、スタッフの方がとても親切で、自分の部屋や使い方に合うスクリーン選びを丁寧にサポートしてくれました。おかげでプロジェクターとの相性も良く、PX3 Proの性能をしっかり楽しめています。画質、使いやすさ、サポートの対応すべてに満足しています。性能も素晴らしく、とても気に入っています。Luxe Vision Japanで購入して本当に良かったです。5つ星でおすすめできます。
リビング用のプロジェクターとしてHisense PX3 Proを選びましたが、結果的に大正解でした。
一番気に入っているのは、やはり映像のきれいさです。大画面なのに細かい部分までしっかり見えて、色もとても自然です。映画を観ると迫力がありますし、スポーツ中継も臨場感があって、家で過ごす時間が前より楽しくなりました。超短焦点タイプなので、設置場所にあまり悩まなくてよかったのも助かりました。スクリーンの近くに置くだけで大きく映せるので、リビングでもすっきり使えています。操作も難しくなく、家族もすぐに使えるようになりました。購入前にはAndrewさんに相談させていただきました。部屋の広さや明るさ、普段どんな映像を見るのかなどを丁寧に聞いてくださり、私のリビングに合うモデルとしてPX3 Proをすすめてくれました。とても親切で分かりやすい対応だったので、安心して購入できました。実際に使ってみて、画質、明るさ、使いやすさのバランスがとても良いプロジェクターだと感じています。自宅で気軽に本格的な大画面を楽しみたい方には、かなりおすすめです。購入して本当に満足しています。5つ星です。
